End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Nomzstudios For Online Selling, a sole establishment licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence No. 1641318 and trading as NOMZ Studios ("we", "us"), and governs your use of the StemMaster desktop application, in both its full and demo editions (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software you agree to this Agreement.

1. License grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on up to three (3) devices that you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes. The license is per person, not per company: each additional user needs their own license.

2. Demo edition

The demo edition is free for evaluation. It is the full Software with audio export disabled and a short audible tag overlaid periodically on mastered playback. You may use it for as long as you like and share the unmodified demo installer, but you may not attempt to enable export functionality, remove the audible tag, or otherwise circumvent the demo limitations.

3. Your audio and output

Everything you create with the Software — mixes, masters, exported audio — is entirely yours. We claim no ownership of and no royalties on your work, whether personal or commercial. The Software processes your audio locally on your machine; see the Privacy Policy.

4. Restrictions

• Do not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or your license key.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law despite this restriction.
• Do not use the Software to infringe others' rights (for example, mastering audio you have no rights to distribute).

5. Third-party components

The Software bundles open-source components (including Qt/PySide6, libsndfile and LAME under the LGPL) as separate, replaceable dynamic libraries. Their licenses are included with the Software in THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt and are not limited by this Agreement.

6. Updates

Your license includes all 1.x updates free of charge. Future major versions (2.0 and beyond) may be a separate, optional purchase — your licensed version keeps working either way. The Software may check a small version file on our website at startup to tell you when an update exists; it downloads nothing without your action.

7. Refunds

If StemMaster isn't for you, contact info@nomzstudios.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Audio processing results are subjective; we do not warrant that the Software will meet your artistic expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or audio projects — please keep backups of your session files and stems.

10. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you materially breach it. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and delete your copies. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in this Agreement limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
